Try at your own risk (always create a backup save). load a save prior to any mod removal you did and refrain from removing the mod - try using fallrim tools to clean your save (there's lots of guides that show you how, it's easy) - load your save, open up the console (press the key) and type 'player.kill' without the quotation marks and hit enter. Not guaranteed for you as there are a TON of variables to modding. INSTRUCTIONS - Open the console (~) and type BAT RESET - Wait 30 real life seconds, don't touch anything!! - Wait 2 hours in game (just use the wait/sleep menu) - Open the console and type BAT START - Wait 2 hours in game (just use the wait/sleep menu) - REGULAR SAVE - Open the console and type BAT KILL (this will kill the player) - REGULAR SAVE after loading your last save - close Skyrim entirely and relaunch to play the gameĭISCLAIMER This is just a method that works for me. I'm assuming 64 bit version will still have scripts that stick around if a mod is removed that had scripts running. From the menu select: Games>View games library. Look at the new save in Wrye bash, if purple(it will be) you are clean and in sync. First you need to uninstall Skyrim (Captain Obvious to your service) This is how: Open steam. I have been modding for 2 years or so, thats becuase I played skyrim on the ps3 untill I built a pc recently and decided to try it out with mods, so im new but I do know generaly what im doing. like if I need to find a particular save file it wont be too hard to find. I can only assume you didn't Mod before Its not that much for each file but if you save as much as me and it all builds up it might become an issue for profomance, maybe idk, but it makes everything a whole lot more orginized.
